Stop Hate, Dump Trump is a petition to prevent presidential candidate, Donald Trump, from becoming president due to his discriminatory views towards various groups of people. As of March 18, 2016, Donald Trump is the frontrunner for the Republican nominee. If this phrase alone doesn't worry you, perhaps this will make you reconsider the implications of having Trump as our president. Donald Trump has proven time and time again throughout his campaign that he does not care for the truth. He would much rather lie and deceive everyone in order to look good. His political stand on most topics is wishy-washy at best. But his support for discrimination based on sex, race, and religion is surprisingly consistent. His financial management and planning is terrible; at one point reaching an incredible $8 billion debt. And mostly, his knowledge about current events is near nonexistent. Despite how great of a person you might think Trump is, you have to acknowledge that he has no relevant political experience and such a lack of knowledge would be detrimental, as shown through the lack of substance in most of his debates. I ask you to join thousands of others in standing up against Trump. If we can make others realize just what a terrible idea President Trump would be, then it's an effort well worth it.
