Née en 1956 à Paris.

Rencontre le groupe lettriste en 1980.

A partir de cette date, son esthétique s'oriente vers la découverte de multi notations en rapport avec le domaine hypergraphique, -- c'est-à-dire de tous les signes existants ou inventés -- quelle que soit la discipline investie: peinture, photo, roman -- dans lesquelles l'artiste a travaillé tour à tour.

Auteur de douze films de recherche ou documentaires (dont plusieurs documents sur le mouvement lettriste -- cf. Rencontres avec le lettrisme, co-réal. 1989) et de nombreux ouvrages théoriques -- sur Dziga Vertov, le cinéma lettriste, les Énretiens avec Isidore Isou -- romanesques: Déclinaisons, Ilda, les chants du signe -- ou &agrve; tirage limité: de Photo(eu)thanasies, 1985 à Isos et Era, conte hypergraphique, 1992 -- ou plus particulièrement axés sur une problématique singulière du mouvement lettriste: De la création à la sociéti paradisiaque: Isidore Isou et la pensée judäque, 1996 et 1998.

Les ensembles mis à jour, tant dans la photographie que l'art plastique, sont fréquemment axés sur la déconstruction de lettries partiellement identifiables et la mise en oeuvre d'une perspective discursive, indépendante des signes qui la composent: Dans ces suites graphiques, l'esthétique prime souvent sur le sens, pour mettre en valeur l'ère de la multi-écriture.

Depuis 1980, ses travaux ont fréquemment reflété la préoccupation d'un relief que celui-ci soit imaginaire, c'est-à-dire intangible -- voir le Roman excoordiste, 1992 -- ou réel, par la juxtaposition, la superposition de matières, voire d'oeuvres, elles-mêmes enchassés dans d'autres réalisations, abritant à leur tour des fragments en trompe-l'oeil, ou de l'ordre du fractionnisme, vers l'infini illimité, etc. (comme dans de récentes oeuvres téiuml;symistes).

Elle a également organisé de très nombreuses expositions et manifestations dans le but de propager les apports du lettrisme et s'oriente vers une trajectoire plus personnelle, tant dans le domaine de l'écriture que dans celui du cénima.

Born in Paris, France, in 1956.

Joins up with the Lettriste group in 1980.

From that date forward, her aesthetics is oriented toward the discovery of multi notations related to the world of hypergraphics -- that is, of all existing or invented signs in whatever discipline is used -- whether it is painting, photography, novel -- all of which the artist works in, one after the other.

Author of twelve research or documentary films (including several documentaries on the Lettriste movement -- cf. Rencontres avec le lettrisme [Encounter with Lettrisme] co-director, 1989) and numerous theoretical works -- on Dziga Vertov, Lettriste cinema, the Interviews with Isidore Isou-- fictional works: Déclinaisons [Declensions], Ilda, les chants du signe [the songs of the sign], or limited editions: from Photo(eu)thansies [Photo(eu)thanasias, 1985 to Isos et Era, hypergraphic tale, 1992 -- or more specifically focussed on a specific issue in the Lettriste movement: De la création à la société paradisiaque: Isidore Isou et la pensée judaïque, [From creation to the paradisaic society: Isidore Isou and Judaic Thought], 1996 and 1998.

The productions that appeared, both in photography and in the other arts, often aim at the deconstruction of partially identifiable lettries [Lettriste letter art] and the display of a discursive perspective which is independant from the signs that it is composed of: in these graphic sequences, the aesthetics often dominates the meaning, emphasizing the era of multi-writing.

Since 1980, her works have often reflected a preoccupation with the idea that this should be either imaginary, that is, intangible -- such as the Roman excoordiste [Excoordiste novel] 1992 -- or real, through the juxtaposition or superimposition of matter, even of works, which are themselves encased in other works, harboring in their turn the appearance of fragments, or from the order of fractionism, toward the unlimited infinite, etc. (as in the recent oeuvres téïsymistes [teisymist works].

She has also organized many exhibits and shows with the objective of promoting the contributions of Lettrisme and she is inclined toward a more personal trajectory, both in her writing and in cinema.
