What group of nomads are you talking about? Why does a home depend on con-
structs of ownership of place? There are no "nomads" per se; there are
groups across the planet with varying traditions. Some have specific hunt-
ing territories; some don't. Some have summer/winter/etc. habitats. But
isn't this a romantic reification?

How does an age have a home? Most people today - the majority across the
earth - have homes - even in the post industrial countries. Most people on
the planet have never received a phonecall, so what is a "modern age"?
Isn't the qusetion privileged?
