On the bunker's waterfront, a tent was erected with a soup kitchen offering people a meal before they entered the Public
Hearing by squatting down under the half open industrial gate. Here a maze of pallets and boxes introduced the processes
of conserving, sorting, categorizing and discarding through large scale archive technology.
