DORA submarine bunker, Trondheim 1943

Central to Site Investigation is a Public Hearing that takes place in DORA, a massive submarine bunker built by the
Germans during WW2. The 2.5 meter thick concrete walls provide a perfect climate for storing documents, and today State,
University and City Archives are located in the bunker. I am invited to dig into the archives and frame the public hearing
that debates fear, crime and the right to the public space.
