blind_spot was installed in the lobby of
Stavanger Kulturhus, a busy public passage
featuring the entry to the city's main library
and movie theater.

blind_spot is a hollow mirror column
entered through a disguised door. One side
is made of see-thru mirror. A camera
inside the column transmits to a monitor
not visible from the column.

blind_spot was first exhibited at
Priska Juschka Fine Art in New York in
2003 as part of the group exhibition
NO, TRESPASSING.
