Anyone from L I N A or our neighborhood can & should speak about the increased problems from noisy, late-night bars, as opposed to well-run restaurants & establishments. Little Italy residents will definitely feel the impact of another bar with more people hopping from Spring up Elizabeth or across Spring to the subway at Lafayette.

There are at least five full liquor license establishments within 500 feet of this location. (LINA will put a list together.) Neighbors on Spring are very concerned. They already complain about the Vig Bar, 12 Spring St., with exhaust fans, loud music & patrons outside disturbing neighbors. Others near Spring Street are being wakened by bar patrons from as far as the Bowery Ballroom, plus those who use Spring Street as a corridor to bar hop until very late.
